The download does not work – what can I do?

First of all, please check your firewall or download manager. In case the download does not work due to the firewall or download manager, please contact your IT department; deactivate temporarily the firewall (don't forget to activate it again!) or try using a different computer. You may also enter your customer account and download your products/invoices.
